Downtime explanation

For those who didn't see our updates on Twitter or IRC, the downtime of the past 24 hours was caused by a hardware issue which affected our web server and required assistance from our host. Everything should be back to normal now.

what 总是时不时搞点问题出来，好像一直捣鼓系统 ~~ 不知道捣鼓什么，反而 ipt , td chdtv 这种会员数目庞大的，从来都很稳定
