As some of you are aware the biggest issue we faced when moving to the new site was that every member needed to recover there accounts. For some people this worked fine. For others it didn't for some reason. So to help ease the move all members are now required to set a keyword. You will all now see a message on any page stating you need to set a keyword and a link to set it. Once set you can visit this page to refresh your memory as to what your keyword is. The keyword can contain numbers and is basically a secondary password so when recovering accounts on the new site build,on your first attempt to login you'll be redirected to a page to set your new password. You will require your keyword here simply to verify your identity. If you don't set a keyword before we move the site build over then you will have to use the password recovery system. If that works then nothing more needs to happen. If it doesn't then don't start crying and bitching. You've had plenty of notice now so please get your keywords set and remember them and the move to the new site will be painless and you won't loose your account. Oh and if something doesn't work or you get any errors setting your keyword then please contact me (rosec033) immediately so I can look into the issue. Thanks and look forward to seeing you all on the new site at the second attempt in the new year now this barrier has been removed.
