请教一下ipt的HR规则

This list is just a record we keep to see if you are seeding your torrents correctly.
The only torrents that will appear in this list are those you are no longer seeding with a ratio below 1:1

You can permanently remove any torrent from your list by using one of the following methods:
» Continue seeding it until it eventually reaches a ratio of 1:1
» Zap it using 50 of your bonus points
» Zap it using your surplus upload credit.
=======================================上面是seeding_required说的要求，然后在规则和FAQ里找了一圈没找着更多的了。
然后看了下坛里的封神榜，说是做种40h或者ratio到达0.4就可以了。是这样吗？还是规则更新了？
这ratio没问题吧？为嘛被记录了HR？
还有ipt的HR严不严？集齐多少个就ban？

就是当你种子不活动并满足H&R判定时，网站上有个很显眼的黄色链接会提示你消除HR，点进去后可以选择用buffer或者bonus points消除，HR多了肯定会被BAN的，不过这个HR很好消除的

我的是有两个按钮的，一个是Zap it using 50 of your bonus points，还有一个是Zap it using your surplus upload credit

f**k,我累积了4个hr没有消除，账号被ban了
可怜我1t上传6k多的bonus了{:7_738:}
友情提醒:得了警告的tx要及时用上传或者bonus消除哦
