Mar-02-13 - Update to RSS feeds - (regs)Our RSS feeds were a complete mess and quite honestly they sucked.The way you had to log in to them and how you had to be logged in on the site to use them kind of defeated their purpose entirely.
I have created a completely new RSS file along with a new download file.The way it will work is, now you only need your passkey to validate with the feed, both viewing in your browser, or direct download in your client. No more messing about with cookies, or logged in tokens, or other bulthat was quite frankly, a pain in the ass.I have updated the RSS feed generator to produce the new valid feeds.Also, this is no fault of my own, google reader blows.It doesn't like authentication for RSS feeds and sometimes it won't let you subscribe to a certain feed or it will take you a million tries for it to actually go through.All other RSS feed readers that I have tried worked without a hitch however so use whichever one you would like.
If for some reason when you try to download a torrent in your client using RSS and it gives you an HTTP 404 ERROR, that is because you are kitty litter and should be more worried about fixing your hit and runs.We obviously wont let you download new torrents if you are in the kitty litter class.
Anyways, just wanted to give everyone an update that I have taken care of the RSS feed mess and the feeds should now be working perfectly without being tedious.
