Limiter thresholds will change June 1
Starting June 1 the ratio thresholds will change:
download = 8gb or less: required ratio = N/A (Not Applicable) no change
download = 8gb or over: required ratio = .35 no change
download = 15gb or over: required ratio = .40 no change
download = 30gb or over: required ratio = .45 up 7 points to .52
download = 50gb or over: required ratio = .50 up 10 points to .60
