【皇后OpenCD】重要通知 || important message

我们再次重申：必须严格遵守资源的转载规则要求，否则将严厉处罚。
长期以来，大家对资源的转载规则未能引起足够的重视，导致不时有会员将明确标记为“禁止转载”的资源转出，流传至公网网盘或其它站点，管理组虽已经三令五申，但仍有会员抱着侥幸心理继续违反规则。近日又发现有会员将禁转资源泄露至其它站点，我们已经搜集了足够的证据证明其行为，他将再无缘于OpenCD，同时我们也会将其信息共享给其它站点，因此他将进入大多数站点的黑名单。
这里再次提醒大家，希望这是最后一次。我们绝不会容忍这种行为，也有足够的能力搜集相应证据，因此，能否发现并找出始作俑者，只是时间问题，请不要再抱有任何的侥幸心理！
希望大家都能遵守规则，不要给辛苦分享者带来困扰，共同建设我们的音乐家园。
