有给ds211升级过内存的吗？（已改成功）
本帖最后由 cyhyf 于 2018-12-6 14:35 编辑最近翻出家里闲置的ds211，想给黑裙做个数据离线备份，把系统升级到dsm6.2后发现速度太慢了，拆开看了下主板是两颗海力士的128M内存，不知道能不能换成两颗256M的，有大神试过吗？
已经成功升级，具体过程发在Blog，这里就懒得再编辑一次帖子了，有兴趣的点下面的链接看吧。

应该不需要编程器也可以，
1. 进控制面板，打开终端机里的SSH；
2. 用putty软件 连到NAS, 用户名：root 密码是你的管里员admin密码；
3. 打 cat /proc/mtd查看分区；
dev: size erasesizename
mtd0: 00080000 00010000 "RedBoot"
mtd1: 00200000 00010000 "zImage"
mtd2: 00140000 00010000 "rd.gz"
mtd3: 00010000 00010000 "vendor"
mtd4: 00010000 00010000 "RedBoot Config"
mtd5: 00020000 00010000 "FIS directory"
4. 如果是上面一样的分区，再执行下面6条命令：
dd if=/dev/mtd0 of=/tmp/mtd0
dd if=/dev/mtd1 of=/tmp/mtd1
dd if=/dev/mtd2 of=/tmp/mtd2
dd if=/dev/mtd3 of=/tmp/mtd3
dd if=/dev/mtd4 of=/tmp/mtd4
dd if=/dev/mtd5 of=/tmp/mtd5
这时在临时文件夹就会产生6个文件。
5. 用WinSCP软件 连到NAS, 用户名：root 密码是你的管里员admin密码；
6. 到临时文件夹/tmp把上面6个文件下载回来既可，
