SP規則說明：
1. You must have the full torrent downloaded. If you grab only a small part of it, you will never receive Seed Points.
必須下載整個種子的全部文件，不能部份下載

2. The individual ratio for the torrent you are seeding must be less than 1.000. If you have a torrent which ratio is Inf. (Infinite), you will not receive Seed Points too, because Infinite is higher than 1.000.
單一個種子分享率超過1就沒有SP啦（也不需要SP了，因為SP最多就幫你補到分享率＝1）

3. You must not be the torrent Uploader.
不是種子的發布者

4. You must have the torrent active in your torrent history.
種子必須在啟動中（也就是ut開著，種子掛著）

5. You must have at least 72 hours of active time on the torrent. The active time is the total time that you spent connected to that torrent while downloading and seeding it. Only after the initial 72 hours of active time you will start receiving Seed Points. If the torrent has less than 800MB in size, then you will only need an active time of 36 hours to start collecting Seed Points.
種子至少掛了72小時（包括下載時間也算），只有掛了超過72小時的種子才會開始得到SP；如果種子體積小時800MB，只需要掛36小時。
*註解：不是說你掛72小時就會得到足夠的SP，而是72小時候，"開始"收到SP，很多人會誤解。

6. 最重要的一點，很多人得不到SP都是這個原因
The seeder/leecher ratio must either be equal or higher than 20:1, which means 20 seeders for each leecher. If a torrent has 0 leechers, then you do not have to worry about how many seeders there are, because you will receive Seed Points anyway.
做種人數/下載人數 必須大於或等於 20：1，如果0人下載，無論如何都會得到SP
*就是說，做種人數必須大於或等於下載人數的20倍，
假如今天有100人做種，5人下載，----> 100/5=20---->有SP
假如今天有100人做種，6人下載，----> 100/6=16.67--->沒有SP
假如今添有100人做種，0人下載，----> 100/0=∞ ---->有SP（系統設定）

一、注意事项及体会：
1、H&R制度已更改：下载种子后必须至少做种48小时（两天）或做种比率达到2：1。会员有7天（一周）的时间来达到此要求。
2、这个站的种子分为两类：会员上传和站点上传，分别以绿色和蓝色标记。站点上传的新种一般都有专门的seedbox做种，速度不错。因为主打0day，所以种子绝大部分是scene组的，也有一少部分p2p资源。
二、会员、等级及权限：等级较多，也不是最终版本，以后仍然可能修改，截图如下：

Seeding time policy: We don't have a seeding time requirement. You can always download something and stop seeding. Most people don't do this on the site ..that's why we don't have hit n' run rules and so on. (For some people ..this would be really inconvenient.)

User classes:
First you start as a 'newbie'. This takes for 2 weeks. (No restrictions are applied to this class at the moment.)
Then you become a 'user'.

After 26 weeks and 100gb of upload, you become a "Member" of our site. This is the highest rank you can achieve with ratio and time.
You'll receive points for:
•  uploading a torrent - 5 points, after the moderator has approved it
•  fulfilling a request - so much points that user has offered
•  visiting daily the site - you'll get 1 point only daily once
•  uploading 100 MB a day - you'll get 1 point only daily once
•  downloading 1 GB a day - you'll get 1 point only daily once, but free torrent doesn't count

Points will take away from you for:
• warn -20 points
• for other insults -2 points

Additionaly you can use your points for:
•  Requests
•  To vote to a request
•  Invites (500 points)
•  Personal free leech


Ujonc (newbie) - when you registrate, you pick in this category, this is a 2 week long period, and you can't upload torrents

Leecher - if you are the member of ncore at least 2 weeks, and your ratio is under 0.50, if you've downloaded 5 GB and youre ratio goes under 0.30, you'll be banned

Felhasznalo (User) - member for more than 2 weeks, ratio between 0.50 and 1.05

Feltolto (Uploader) - if your bandwith is enough good, you can become an uploader, first write a message to the Staff

Helpdesk - they try to help users in different species, but they haven't special rights, they are only to help normal users

VIP - you can become VIP, if you've helped the site in a special manner, don't ask the staff for this rank

Moderator/Admin/Tulaj - they operate the site, don't ask the staff for this rank


这是在他们论坛上找到的关于等级和积分获取的办法。一些是管理员说的，一些是其他人译的。

站点没有H&R，至少我试过几个种子。也没什么事。

用户注册后的默认等级是Ujonc (newbie)  两周后如果分享率合格会升Felhasznalo (User)  似乎管理员说26周后有100GB的上传就会变成Member，但是好像在等级规则里没有找到。其他的等级都不是靠上传获得的。




上传一个种子5分；完成一个request看人家给你几分就几分；每天登陆有1分；做种100MB以上的种子一天有1分（应该是做一个种和做一百个种的效果都是一样的一天一分）；下载1GB以上的种子一天也有一分。相应的也有扣分的规则，自己看吧。
