关于bitme发纪录片问题，请高手解答，谢谢了

看了一下，纪录片允许发PBS, BBC, Discovery, and The History Channel  。但是一些带中文字幕的允许发吗？比如BBC或者探索频道的720P的，带中文字幕的。还有像CCTV或者别的渠道的纪录片允许发吗？发种格式都挺清楚，但是就是不太清楚一些别的渠道的纪录片还有中文字幕的可不可以发。
