Deli：注意！独家作品

If you've read the rules (/rules.php) recently, you will have noticed a change within the golden rules. That is, the new "exclusive" flag of a torrent. This flag denotes that the torrent in question is to only be uploaded to deli.sh and nowhere else. If a torrent does not say "Exclusive!" it is not affected by this and the content can still be uploaded elsewhere.

Exclusive torrents will typically be those that are captured specifically for deli.sh by our CSI team. This team (of 2 people currently) will work on either capturing or scanning new content to be uploaded to deli.sh, and it is up to their discretion as to whether or not a torrent should be exclusive.

即：这个种子只能在deli里存在。
如果这个种子没有exclusive标签，则可以自由传播。

exclusive的作品将会是CSI小组的选择，目前有两个人。
这个小组目前将捕获或者扫描新上传的种子，他们决定是否让某些种子成为exclusive。
