关于IPT发布种子的申请

注册IPT刚满4周，拿到pu后想发点动漫上去
然后发现，IPT的上传资格还要申请。。。。
请问下有谁申请过吗，具体怎么样的？

So you want to be an uploader
Please read the following before using the uploader application form,

1. Minimum upload speed requirement is 150 KB/s
please test your speed by Clicking Here!
please copy and paste the "link for later reference" url into the box where it says speed test link.
2. Your application must specify what type / age of content you intend to upload.
3. You must agree to seed any new torrents that you provide for a continous period of no less than 48 hours.
4. You are prepared to monitor your uploads on a daily basis and restart seeding or delete any torrents that have zero leechers & zero seeders.

If you choose to delete the torrent please PM any users that are still connected to the torrent and advise them that they will be unable to complete as you are no longer able/willing to continue seeding.


Uploaders not complying with this request will risk losing their uploader status.
