Rules update

We have updated a few of our general rules and added a few new ones as well. New/modified rules are in red.

我们更新了站内的“宪法”，加入了几个新条款。新加入的条款在此红色高亮。

No offensive or aggressive behavior.
Only one account per user is allowed.
Your username is fixed, do not ask us to change it. （用户名不可更改，别请求我们）
Do not trade/ sell invites or accounts, this will get you banned.
Do not give away your account to anyone else, this will also get you banned. （禁止转让账号）
Do not give away your SceneHD invites on public forums, this will likewise get you banned. （禁止在公开论坛给出我们的邀请）
Do not share your account with anyone, your account is yours only. （禁止分享帐号）
Do not, under any circumstances re-upload archived content to any other tracker earlier than 48 hours after upload date at SceneHD.
Do not upload our packs to any other trackers, ever. SceneHD packs are exclusive to SceneHD. （禁止把我们的私有大包转发）
Do not upload packs taken from other trackers to SceneHD without the explicit permission of said other tracker. （禁止未经许可/未注明来源的转发大包）
Do not upload our torrent files (.torrent) to other trackers （禁止把我们站内的torrent文件传到他站）

Your account is a privilege, not a right. Respect staff's decisions and use common sense!

sceneHD思来想去还是不收了，要是有个像P*N那样的general站该多好，FSC不能去想
