For internal releases, 75% or 50% of the upload is counted. It correlates somewhat with the file size of the internal release. Blurays usually get 50% off because they are huge. Encodes usually only get 25% off because of their small file size.
PTP seems to love Hi-DT releases. They consistently give them the golden popcorn for 720p.

INtL (50% sure): Note: Not so sure about INtL since I see it on Awesome HD as well but is listed as internal
"Geagle (one of our HDME encoders) has announced that he wants to make his own encoding group, "INtL" All INtL releases are internal at HDME so not much will change, and they will also be freeleech.
The goal of INtL is to encode movies that normally don't get good encodes, international movies etc, and including many subtitles so they will be available for as many people as possible.
Most of the releases will be what their blog refers to as "full release", meaning the remux comes first, then the 720p and 1080p are released later, meaning people get to choose from 3 different qualities.

iCandy: AVCHD encodes

LegacyHD: encoding under 3 Different tags, via. MobileHD, FourGHD, ReMuXmE
1) MobileHD : These releases are designed specially for your shiny little gadgets such as your new iPad or smartphone!

Standards for MobileHD:
- 1280 x 720p (no cropping)
- 1500 minimum video bitrate (better than avg web-dl)
- 192k aac 2 chan (some early ones have 128k, and the odd 160k)
- sizes are scaled to get the min video bit-rate, run time affects this
- 1.5 - this is the smallest and most common
- 1.75 - medium size
- 2.0 - the largest for long movies
- 2.25 - I may test this as I found LOTR would fail the standards at 2.0g for size (really long movies)
- all files will be mp4, not m4v
- all movies will have posters embedded
- all movies will be iTunes compatible, as in no conversion required, just add file to library

2) FourGHD : These encodes are for regular viewing be it on your laptop, PC Screen or your 55" LED TV!

- 1920 x 1080p (no cropping)
- 3200 minimum bitrate
- 640k AC3 5.1 (with some movies this isn't possible, but best available will be provided)
- all movies will be m2ts format and 4gig in size
- the very occasional movie will be AVCHD DL 8gig ready to burn iso.

3) ReMuXeRs : Standard Remuxes in English language.
Some groups that used to be on HDME:

PS3-TEAM. They left HDME to PixelHD but Gizmo one of the founders remained on HDME to form LegacyHD group.

FraMeSToR (have their own tracker now at BeyondHD)and FLAWL3SS used to be internals but they left and they are not free leech anymore

EOS (25% sure) is mentioned on forum as an internal encoder of HD-bits.ro but the EOS releases are not freeleech and no new titles have been released for months. Mostly 720P rips.
