内容会英语就自己写，不会英语就写NO VAT PLEASE，不保证管用，不保证OVH会回复。
回复要求提供地址认证后，提交相关水电账单银行账单等等扫描件，不保证OVH会回复，不保证会免除VAT。

OVH已经回复，大意是已经付款不能在退税，只能先传资料给他们，然后以后付款的时候可以不交税。

Dear Customer,

There can not be refunds on VAT already paid.


VATremoval

  You need to sign the attached document. As we are based in France the document is in French. By signing the document, you are stating that you are legally not obligated to pay VAT. Without this signed document, OVH must charge you VAT.

Also include a copy of a current bill with your name and address on it along with a photo ID. This is to prove your your place of residency.

After receiving the documents, the TVA will be removed from future purchases and renewals. Unfortunately, OVH can not reimburse you for TVA already paid.

版主好，刚才在另一ex20帖子问了几个问题，这里再重复，希望更多群众看到。。

请教，客户端的具体详情可以烦请说说吗？
1）是发货时默认安装的吗？
2）还是用户可选？
3）可以同时跑deluge和rutorrent加插件吗？
4）知不知道可以有autodl-irssi吗？
5）有没有SSH登陆管理权限？

可以要求装flexget，不过想要设置，要么通过ftp，要么就让客服帮你设置

嗯，谢谢。看来如果要麻烦客服帮忙再加装rutorrent/autodl-irssi一类的，就更加不容易了{:1_88:}

毕竟只是盒子不是VPS
