* - Don't celebrate fully just yet, LzTr still needs to confirm the grand total. Remain optimistic though and remember that we wouldn't be here were it not for you all.

It's amazing to think that we've been here for so long. I remember running a sharing site out of my college dorm room in 1999, and look what it has become. A tight-knit community of music appreciators that set the bar very high for what a good community should be.

As many of you know, each year we come together to support the site through donations. Without you all, we would cease to function. The good news is that our lovely server Scarlett is running smoothly with no issues to address. All images are pushed through a CDN in addition to running nginx with a varnish cache server (among other things) which makes our site move quickly and seamlessly. All of this, however, costs money.

So far, we have great moderators, admins, and sysops that continue to demand the best from everyone, and protect us from cheaters - of course, done on their own time. So please, help us support the site and in return, I will personally offer you upload credit based on what you donate. You will also be recognized in the thread below.

All we are asking is to bring the community into another year.

How do I donate? (Important!)

All you need to do is go to the Donation Page of this site to donate. Once you donate, it is imperative that you message me directly so that I can make sure the appropriate donation status is applied to your account.

Once I donate, what happens then?

I will update this thread with the donation total and how much is left. You will also obtain upload credit and a class upgrade, depending on your donation amount. I WILL DO THIS PERSONALLY.

When is our deadline?

As notated above, our deadline is July of this year.

Hey gang. I'm going through everything, and I'll let you know shortly. Looks like our goal was definitely reached, and I will be going through accounts that have donated and updating account status, etc. So far we are looking great!
