【PTP】Update on the tracker

The tracker is currently undergoing a few different attacks, likely including a DDoS and a resource depletion attack among others. We are aware of the issues and working to rectify them just as soon as possible. That said, unfortunately there is no hard ETA as of yet. But rest assured we'll be back up and running just as soon as we are able.

We have identified the perpetrators, and will release more information once the tracker is back up and as we deem prudent. As of now I want all of our attention to be directed toward getting the tracker we all know and love back up and running. Any drama will just be a distraction in the mean time.

All user information is secure, and nothing was seriously damaged.
