我划出来的两条是：
5. Hit and run on new torrents is not allowed. If you download a torrent when it is less than 24 hours old AND has less than 15 seeders, you must seed it for at least 24 consecutive hours immediately after completing the torrent.
6. Users with a ratio below .40 & who downloaded more than 20GB will be warned to correct their ratio. If they don't fix their ratio after 2 weeks they will be automatically demoted to leecher and the only way to get you account back will be via donation.
