flexget配置问题

按照论坛的帖子设置后，启动失败。不修改配置的话可以启动，这是错误原因，麻烦有知道的指点下，快搞疯了

编码的问题，已经解决了，但是跑了3个站都出现了网络错误，

跑了一个晚上卡在这了，有人可以帮忙看下吗？
