2、6月30号之前上传大于1G用户通过考核
3、6月1号之后注册的用户在30天内上传大于1G 通过考核
4、6月1号之前注册，但是在6月30号上传还未到1G，删号
5、6月1号之后注册的用户，在30天内上传小于1G，删号
